Customer photo review of Greaseable Trailer Suspension Bolt - 3" Length - 9/16" Diameter - 4101-5W

Everything went together easy. I used brass bushings. The only issue i had was after every thing was assembled and while applying grease, one of the grease fittings came out. I ended drilling and tapping and installing a fitting with threads. All in all very pleased.

Customer photo review of 1997-2004 Ford F150, F150 Heritage And F250 Rear Leaf Spring - 4 Leaves - 43-1199

Part doesnt come in a box or any kind or package. Looks like it was kicked through a parking lot. And dropped off a truck because of no protection at all. Doesn't feel like a quality product especially if they don't care to put a little bit of effort to pack and protect it. Shipping costs as much as the part its self so something definitely is off.

Customer photo review of 1995-1997 Toyota Tacoma 4 Wheel Drive Left Rear Leaf Springs 90-173

The springs are a longer than my stock springs. The axle sits as close to stock as I could wish for. The only downside side is that since they are a little long, the ride is stiffer since the shackle angle is maxed out. I could move the hanger back 3/4-to a full inch but, that requires more than I’m willing to do for a stock height daily driver

Customer photo review of 25-1/4'' Trailer Leaf Spring - Double Eye - 1 Leaf - 4312-6

The spring was the exact one that I needed perfect replacement. The service had a lot to be desired. I called 6 day after placing the order before someone finally looked and shipped the spring. I paid for UPS 3rd delivery. The spring was sent USPS and didn’t arrive for another 6 days. It took a total of 12 days from order to delivery. Emailed to asked that I be reimbursed for the shipping since it was shipped USPS and I paid for UPS 3rd Day delivery. Haven’t heard anything yet.

Customer photo review of 1987 - 2007 Peterbilt Conventional 357-379 Front Leaf Spring - 4 Leaves - 75-218

Second set for my peterbilt. Put a set on 2 or 3 years ago. Had a an accident where my peterbilt steer went through a storm grate. Sheered the center bolt. Had to get my truck back on the road asap so I ordered from these guy again. Springs came within 2 days. Only thing with these springs is that they don’t come painted. They are primered grey or something. No big deal. Shot them with black paint. Special thanks to the guy I spoke with on the phone twice. Forget his name but he made sure I got the springs quick and got me back to work

Customer photo review of 25-1/4" Trailer Leaf Spring - Double Eye - 8 Leaves - 4362-33HD

Sorry for the long post, but we feel our personal experience with this issue and others who may experience it, it’s is worth it! We own a Grand Design Solitude 2930RL fifth wheel trailer. After 12,000 towing miles we noticed the driver side of the trailer sagging a bit, outer tire wear on that side and our X-chocks being wider on the passenger side of the trailer; all indicitive of flattening leaf springs on the drivers side. We are not leaf spring experts, but with just a few weeks to go before we needed to move on, we called on a local RV dealer/shop to help, but their estimate and timeline didn’t work for us, so we did our best to order replacement leaf springs so we could do it ourselves. After A LOT of research I ordered what I thought we needed from Springworks.com. That night, around 9:30 pm, I receive an email from Springworks asking me to recheck the diameter of the u-bolts I ordered since it doesn’t match up with the ordered leaf springs. Who in the world is still working at 9:30 at night I asked myself? I replied and received another email at around 10 pm stating that I should recheck the axle diameter as well, since the U-bolts I ordered were “unusual”. Now I’m worried… so I asked if maybe there was someone I could call the next day to make sure everything was correct. So the next day, first thing in the morning, before I could even call, I get a call from Leo at Springworks.com! He spends the next 20 or so minutes of his valuable time to educate me all about leaf springs, the proper way to measure mine (I had ordered the wrong size springs as well), and when we were done he amended my order and had the springs, which they manufacture on site, on the way ASAP! They arrived UPS Ground, packed really well and I have to add, at this point, that Springworks even pressed in the bronze bushings that I ordered as an extra! I was expecting to have to remove nylon bushings and replace them myself. The wet bolts they sent had really nice oversized grease holes (compared to the OEM). The installation was straight-forward and easy and Leo sent torque specs and instructions for all the bolts (which we have followed religiously). As for the leaf springs themselves: The trailer originally had (what we consider underrated) OEM 6 leaf, 3,500# springs which wore out, vs. the new Springworks 8 leaf, 4,500# springs. Notice in the pictures that the Springworks #2 leaf runs ALL the way to the eye of the #1 leaf. It reinforces the #1 leaf all the way. That’s where a lot of failures occur on other leaf spring disasters we’ve seen, where the #2 leaf stops short by 1-2 inches of the eye. SO, all said and done, we have now towed just over 1,200 miles with the new springs and oh my, what a difference! The trailer used to bounce quite a bit, especially over bridge expansion joints and rough roads with the old OEM springs. The ride is noticeably smoother and more stable with the new springs. We were worried that the higher rated springs would “really rattle” things on the inside of the trailer, but, so far the difference has been minimal. If anything, it seems that areas (cabinets, etc) that used to rattle no longer do while other areas that didn’t used to, now do… and finally, to mention the personalized customer service from Leo at Springworks.com. Rarely anymore do you run across a business and people who truly care about their product and you, as a customer and who still answers customer emails at 9:30 at night?! These people obviously do! Needless to say, I highly recommend them.
