A pivotal moment arrived in 1986 when he immersed himself in the world of leaf spring manufacturing. This experience ignited a passion for these essential components and ultimately led to the birth of Spring Works in 1993.
Starting from humble beginnings in a small 800 square foot space, equipped with little more than a toolbox and a few key tools, Leo focused on what he knew best: Leaf springs. His unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer service quickly propelled the company forward. The demand for reliable, high-performance leaf springs fueled our growth, allowing us to expand our capabilities and product offerings.
