SPRING WORKS LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)
WHO MAKES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of parts ordered online from SpringWorks.com and does not cover any services performed at our facility. The warranty applies solely to parts purchased through our website and does not extend to installation, labor, or any related services.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY COVERAGE
All parts sold online through SpringWorks.com are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Spring Works does not offer any additional warranties beyond the manufacturer’s coverage. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
WARRANTY CLAIMS & EXCLUSIONS
Spring Works does not assume responsibility for:
Incorrect installation or misuse of any part.
Labor costs associated with part installation or removal.
Incidental or consequential damages, including vehicle downtime, towing, or rental expenses.
U-BOLTS
Custom parts, special orders, or modified components, which may not be covered by a warranty.
Parts that have been altered, modified, or installed in applications outside their intended use.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe a part purchased from SpringWorks.com is defective, follow these steps:
WIthin 30 days email service@springworks.com and request a return authorization number.
After 30 days contact us and we will contact the Manufacturer and file a claim directly with the part’s manufacturer if it is within their respective warranty period.
Request Assistance from Spring Works: If you need help contacting the manufacturer, reach out to us with your order number, purchase date, and part details. We will assist in guiding you through the process but cannot authorize or process manufacturer warranty claims.
RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PARTS
Defective parts may be eligible for a return or exchange if requested within 30 days. Spring Works follows the return policies set by each manufacturer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
