SpringWorks.com and Spring Works is a DBA (Doing Business As) of Spring Works Inc., a California-based corporation specializing in leaf springs and suspension parts. By using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Ownership: This website is operated by Spring Works Inc., DBA SpringWorks.com and Spring Works.

Customer Data: Personal information collected through this site is managed by Spring Works Inc. and may be used for customer support and marketing.

Transaction Authorization: By making a purchase on SpringWorks.com, you authorize Spring Works Inc. and Spring Works to process the payment. All transactions are final per our refund policy. springworks.com and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Spring Works Inc. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Spring Works Inc., in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit Spring Works Inc., or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

Shipping Policy Summary

Spring Works ships most products within 0-3 business days (Tuesday–Friday) using UPS or another carrier. In some cases, we may use LTL truck freight instead of UPS. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee manufacturing, shipment, or delivery dates. Customers should be aware of the following:

  • Home Deliveries: If no one is home, shipments may be left at the porch, mailbox, or door. Customers assume responsibility for lost or stolen items after delivery.
  • LTL Freight Shipments: Heavy load shipments typically ship within 3-5 business days and require 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Freight Costs & Additional Fees:
    • All LTL truck freight quotes are based on delivery to a commercial business with a loading dock or forklift.
    • Residential deliveries are curbside only, and additional liftgate or residential surcharges may apply.
    • If the actual freight cost exceeds the quoted price, you will be contacted with the following options:
      • Pay the additional freight cost to have the items delivered.
      • Ship to an alternate commercial address to reduce cost.
      • Pick up your order at the nearest freight terminal.
      • Cancel your order for a full refund.

Online Return & Refund Policy


Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days, all sales are final, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellation or changes of an order must be made by phone and email within 1 hour of the time the order in placed.

Product Quality & Acceptability (Product Unacceptable)

Every part is inspected and matched to its online specs before leaving our warehouse. Inspect your order immediately—before installation.

If an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from its listing, email service@springworks.com within 48 hours and attach clear photos of:

  1. The affected part
  2. The outer packaging
  3. The SKU/label close-up

Verified claims qualify for repair, replacement, or refund. Installing, modifying, or using a product confirms acceptance and voids any “product unacceptable” dispute. Fitment errors or parts ordered in error are not defects and are subject to return terms below.

Fitment Responsibility

Leaf springs are sold individually, not is pairs. Fitment is the customers responsibility. Before you buy, confirm the OEM part number and all listed measurements match your vehicle or trailer. Parts ordered in error are not considered defective and fall under the standard 20 % restocking-fee and return-freight terms below. Any installed part is not returnable.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unused, never installed, and in original undamaged packaging. The item must be ready to ship (ground and/or freight palletized).

• Customer pays return freight and a 20 % restocking fee for orders placed in error.

• If we shipped the wrong item (an item other than the specific item or items you orded), we cover return freight.

RMA Required

Email service@springworks.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA—or refused shipments—incur freight charges both ways plus the restocking fee and may be lost or discarded without credit.

Return Address

Use only the address provided in your RMA email. Do not send items to the manufacturer or any other location.

By completing checkout, you confirm you have verified fitment and accept these terms.

    • Products with missing or damaged original packaging
    • Modified, altered, coated, previously installed, or painted parts, leaf spring and hardware are non-returnable.

The information provided on this website, including but not limited to product descriptions, specifications, fitment guides, and installation instructions, is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Spring Works Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or correctness of any content.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any purchase or transaction with Spring Works Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase from Spring Works Inc. shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and the customer consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Attorney Fees and Collection Costs

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if Spring Works Inc. is required to take legal action or engage a collection agency to collect amounts properly due under a transaction, the customer shall be responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including court costs, collection costs, and reasonable attorney fees. In any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or a transaction with Spring Works Inc., the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal by a credit card issuer or payment processor does not, by itself, cancel or extinguish an otherwise valid debt owed to Spring Works Inc. If merchandise has been shipped or delivered and payment is subsequently reversed, the customer remains responsible for all amounts properly due for the merchandise, subject to the customer's rights and remedies under applicable law. Spring Works Inc. reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through lawful collection or legal proceedings.

Delivery and Authorized Recipients

Merchandise is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided or authorized by the customer, including delivery to a repair facility, installer, commercial business, freight receiving location, agent, employee, representative, or other location or recipient designated or authorized by the customer. A carrier delivery record, proof of delivery, bill of lading, delivery receipt, electronic delivery confirmation, or recipient signature may be used as evidence of delivery.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it may not be canceled as an unshipped order. If the customer no longer wants merchandise that has already shipped, the transaction will be handled under the applicable return policy. Refusing delivery does not eliminate the customer's responsibility for applicable outbound freight, return freight, restocking charges, or other amounts permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

Electronic Acceptance

By placing an order through SpringWorks.com and affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout, the customer acknowledges that the customer has read and agrees to the Terms in effect at the time the order is placed. Electronic records maintained by Spring Works Inc. concerning the transaction and acceptance of these Terms may be used to establish the terms applicable to the transaction.

Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Product Fitment & Usage

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correct fitment of all parts before purchase. We recommend using manufacturer part numbers and double-checking all specifications, including dimensions, load capacities, and compatibility with your vehicle.
    • Any modifications, improper installations, or unintended uses of products may result in performance issues, vehicle damage, or personal injury, for which Spring Works Inc. assumes no liability.
    • Professional installation is strongly recommended for suspension components, axles, and other load-bearing parts.

No Warranty on Accuracy or Completeness

    • Product specifications and availability may change without notice.
    • Spring Works Inc. does not guarantee that information on this website reflects the most current product developments, regulatory requirements, or manufacturer updates.
    • The website content should not be relied upon as a sole source for making purchasing, installation, or safety-related decisions.

Limitation of Liability

This site is provided by Spring Works Inc. on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Spring Works Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the site's operation or its content.
