CHANGES IN POLICY
Spring Works Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
Return & Refund Policy for Items Purchased Online
Our policy for online orders lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return period is 30 days. See details below
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, never installed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. If you refuse your shipment you will be responsible for the cost to and from your location. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 707-544-3833 x105 for an RMA. If the shipment is refused or returned without an RMA you will be responsible for shipping/freight cost to and from your location in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once you receive an RMA, We will provide you the address to return the items. No items will be accepted without an RMA.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Labor, delivery, shipping and/or completed installation services cannot be returned. Items that have been damaged through misuse or abuse are not returnable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Once you receive a RMA send your item to: Spring Works, 1000 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA, 95404.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional. Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the costs incurred with your return. There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned that are not the result of our error on our part. Restocking fees are 20% of the actual product price plus all shipping charges.
Our products are shipped within 0-3 business days (Tuesday thru Friday) using the following carriers: UPS (United parcel Service) or another carrier. From time to time we will use different carriers than listed on your invoice. For instance we may ship LTL truck in place of UPS or visa versa. We suggest an adult age 18 or older be home to sign for delivery. In the event no one is home shipments will be left on the the porch, mail box or at the door. As the buyer you assume all responsibility for lost or stolen items after they have been delivered, signed for or not. If the shipment is refused or returned you will be responsible for shipping/freight cost to and from your location in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
Heavy load LTL truck freight is shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on the truck carrier and range from 3 to 7 business days. ALL LTL TRUCK FREIGHT QUOTES ARE BASED ON DELIVERY TO A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS WITH A LOADING DOCK OR A FORK LIFT. Additional lift gate and/or residential rates will apply if no loading dock or forklift is present and if the ship to address is residential. Commercial and residential rural addresses add additional cost to LTL truck freight. When there is a difference in freight cost we will contact you and provide you options. The options when freight exceeds the quote you are given are:
1. You can pay the additional freight cost and have the items you order delivered to the address you listed.
2. We can ship the Items to a different commercial address that is considered urban and accessible. This may keep the cost closer to the quote.
3. You can pick the items up at the closet freight terminal. This may keep the cost at the freight quote.
4. We can refund you the entire amount of the order.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Spring Works, 1000 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA, 95402, United States. Prior to returning any product a return authorization number is required. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and requests for specific deliver times and days can not be guaranteed.
Cancellation of orders must be made by phone or email within 1 hour of the time the order in placed.

In addition to the price of your purchases, Spring Works will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The proof of purchase that Spring Works mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
Spring Works makes every effort to ship your products promptly. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add 2 to 3 additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.
Spring Works makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Spring Works confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Spring Works learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Spring Works, when Spring Works cannot source components for the configuration you ordered, or when there was a pricing error at www.springworks.com when you ordered. In those circumstances, Spring Works will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Spring Works may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Spring Works will cancel your order for products Spring Works cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.
